  • HOW CAN I ORDER?

You simply click on the product you want, press "Add To Cart". Do the same to your other desired products. When you are done you click on the "Cart" icon on the upper right of your screen. Finally you press the "Checkout" where you happily fill in your details to finalize the order.

  • ARE MY PAYMENTS SECURE?

You can be 100% sure that is secure. We accept payments using Stripe and PayPal, the most safe and trusted payment gateways on the internet. When purchasing an item your card details are SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our payment provider's network. We never store any of your credit card information on our servers. Rest assured!

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Apple Pay, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPalpayments.

  • ARE THERE ANY EXCHANGE RATES?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are handled within 1 to 3 business days. Once we verify the information you provided, we will send you an email of confirmation with a tracking number on it. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

To offer high quality products at a competitive prices. Delivery takes between 10-20 Days and may take longer depending on the destination. Please allow extra time for your order and don't panic, your item(s) is on its way.

  • WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

  • CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. Please check the email of your order confirmation where you can find a tracking number. Then go to "TRACK YOUR ORDER" on the menu of our website to check the status of your order. Please note that we do not always provide a tracking number especially on small items, however your orders will be 100% delivered.

  • WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER INVALID?

When shipping items from international suppliers, it takes several days for the tracking numbers to show up as valid in the USPS website. Please contact us if the problem is not solved.

  • I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE... WHERE'S MY ORDER?

Items are shipped separately to guarantee a faster delivery.
